This is a mixed level class specifically for Athletes. Runners, Cyclists, Triathletes, Swimmers, Cross-Fitters, etc. all are welcome.  Even if you are new to a sport or are not an athlete and you just want to bring a little yoga into your life, you are welcome as well.

IIntroducing the benefits of Hatha Yoga, his class is designed to address the most overused and restricted parts of your body as an athlete; muscle groups such as pectorals, adductors, serratus anterior, teres, and the deep 6 hip rotators and of course your hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulder rotators, etc. It is a great way for you to enhance your sport, increase your mobility, increase your strength and add something great into your training. 

BUT...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT THE STRETCHY!

HATHA YOGA W A TWIST - donation based class

An all levels accessible practice designed to tone and stretch the whole body. Poses are held as attention is brought to quality of both breath and body alignment. Suitable for beginners or the experienced practitioner.  

This class is a philosophy and style of Hatha Yoga that emphasizes community, independent thought, creativity, music and spontaneity. This opens the door to many creative, open minded, fun loving, spiritual, fly by the seat of your pants,  eclectic individuals. 

A "Do It Yourself", guiding, no force and self responsibility!

BEGINNER FLOW

This class is structured specifically for beginners. Anyone who may feel as though they are incapable of yoga is strongly encouraged to take this class. This class with be an hour and fifteen minutes, providing students with the fundamentals of vinyasa style yoga. The goal with this class is to slash any yoga fear or barriers. Taking students back to the basics with focus on breathing, and mindfulness as well. 

YOGA FOR EVERY-BODY -donation based class

Vinyasa Flow for Every Body. A class to accommodate everyone! A fun flow practice, sometimes challenging, that is accessible for all body shapes and all levels. This flow class will incorporate techniques from many classes, with plenty of modifications to those that are in need, making the class accessible to all. You will be encouraged to focus inward and work where you are, rather than comparing yourself to those around you. Take this opportunity to challenge yourself or take only what you need in a supportive and uplifting environment of like-minded practitioners. 

CORE PRANA FLOW - donation based class

This class is designed for anyone who feels they could use a fun yet intense core strengthening flow. Don’t be discouraged but the word “intense” because this class is designed and modified for every BODY! Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Core training encourages the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony leading to better balance and stability in your practice and every day life. Each class is developed and sequenced to build you to a peak posture using classic alignment and deep foundations to ignite the internal fire within you. Linking breath to movement is a strong focus point of this flow as well as fun and meditation creating a fulfilling experience

RELAX & RENEW - donation based class

The human mind is naturally like a monkey, constantly reaching for any thought or idea it can grasp with little or no rest. Our busy lives make it nearly impossible to find the time to calm the part of our brain that just won’t turn off. Relax and renew is exactly what it sound like. Strong focus on breath with a slower vinyasa will take you out of your mind for an hour of your day to make room for healthy organized space. Holding peak poses will train your brain how to quite down when needed and tune into whatever serves you in the moment. This class is all levels, gentle slow and mindful. You will leave your mat feeling grounded, connected with yourself, and ready to take on the rest of the day.

GOATS & YOGA - $30 pp The perfect Yoga practice....combining your love of nature, GOATS and your yoga practice! They blend together so well!  Bringing awareness to local farms, nature & YOGA!!! Join us for some downward dog & goat cuddle meditation. Goat Yoga Events are $30pp. You must sign up online prior to.     Naaaahhhhhmaste!

Our Summer Yoga Series will take place every Wednesday morning at 5:45 am starting June 21, 2017 (summer solstice) through Sept 20. * 14 weeks * 108 sun salutations * beautiful summer mornings * and good ol cup of coffee Wake up with Yoga and finish with perfect cup of Coffee at Perfect Blend Cafe. The first few classes of this Summer Yoga Series will be held at Barefoot Space while Perfect Blend is going through their remodel 😄. Once the remodel is complete and we get the AOK, the series will move outdoor to the Perfect Blend Patio. YOU MUST REGISTER !
