SABRINA BONAIUTO Sabrina has been indulging in the benefits of yoga since she was a child. After going through a move and being diagnosed with health concerns, Sabrina’s parents enrolled her in a yoga for kids class at their local town park. Ever since, Sabrina has been utilizing yoga as a tool for both the physical and mental aspects. She firmly believes that yoga is the reason she is who she is today and has grown through her practice over the years. Sabrina is currently a student at The College of Saint Rose, studying Health Psychology, in her future she hopes to link both psychology and yoga together in her career. When Sabrina isn’t on her mat, you can find her hiking, running, reading, blogging, or hanging out with family and friends. Overall, Sabrina’s mission is to serve others through the power of yoga as well as other holistic approaches. She strives to explore, inspire, serve and love.

ASHLEY CLOSE Ashley's connection with yoga began in 2014 with her mother and intentions focused on gaining strength and flexibility like many beginners. Soon after opening up to this practice it grew from solely a fitness activity into something deeper, a blossoming passion. As her spiritual practice grew she knew she needed to share this new found love with others. Ashley truly believes yoga has the ability to transform lives and spark some sort of magic that is hidden deep inside all of us. Ashley's goal as a teacher is to guide you in a strong, fun vinyasa while leading you to find your authentic self on and off the mat. Focus on linking breath to movement will allow you to explore your busy mind and find patience with your body in a non-judgmental environment.  Outside of the studio Ashley enjoys hiking, the gym, painting and music. She, her boyfriend,  & puppy are always finding somewhere to adventure to when time allows. She has a strong interest in nutrition and hopes to one day weave that aspect of life intoher career. Ashley hopes to inspire, motivate and guide students the same way her teachers did for her. CHRISTY MUMIN A Kentucky native, Christy has always led an active lifestyle. She graduated from University of Louisville with a degree in Political Science and continued to receive Juris Doctorate from Indiana University. Christy found a love from yoga when seeking a stress reliver during law school. Yoga offered her the great benefit of stress and anxiety relief along with a physical benefit not found in other exercises. Christy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Ashley Colloton and has continued training with Meg Allen. She continues to be inspired and encouraged by her teachers and the local yoga community. Christy teaches a strong and playful Vinyasa flow with an emphasis to connect the mind, body and breath no matter your ability or body shape. Her classes are designed for students of all levels. Her hope is that everyone will feel welcome in class, and leave feeling refreshed, empowered and relaxed.
