A LETTER FROM THE OWNER OF BAREFOOT SPACE

I have always believed that Yoga is a guiding force and a place for all to be self expressive and responsible.  I believe that yoga should be available and affordable to everyone and every body.  At Barefoot Space, I have hopefully provided a space for you to express who YOU are, through movement, mobility and heeling (yes heeling not healing).  It is my hope that you will leave your stereotypes and egos outside and be open to learning that there is not "only" one true way, place, size or style to practice Yoga.
