FasciAshi Barefoot Massage is EXTREMELY popular among athletes, but is not recommended during pregnancy, or within 6 weeks of any surgery. Please discuss with your massage therapist any potential health concerns before trying FasciAshi Barefoot Massage.

upon arrival at barefoot space, you will be directed to fill out a intake form. you may want to just breeze through it, but please don’t! you may think that something in your health history does not apply to your massage, but it does!. once completed, your therapist will take you through a series of movements to assess your individual movement patterns and range of motion.
